Try to consciously maximize your energy levels as much as you can. Try little things, such as while breathing, imagine that you are inhaling all the nourishment and energy in the world, and while exhaling, you are releasing all the toxins from within your body.

4. Love Yourself: Unless you love your personality and the life you live, you are not likely to find acceptance from most of the others. Even if you are upset about something in your life, dont fret over it, and try to improve it or yourself through the resources that you have on your hands. A bird in hand is worth two in the bush. Life will continue to offer you chances when you can make the most of the available opportunities and you can attain what you have always longed for. Try organizing your energies and concentrate them for the achievement of your goal, which will not only increase your self-respect, but will also add to your confidence as you would feel yourself inching closer to your destination step by step.

6. Watch What You Eat: Dont just eat everything that comes your way. One of the greatest reasons behind obesity and being over-weight is eating junk food. Only improving your eating habits will bring to you all the fitness you desire and will help you lose those extra fats you dread so much.

7. Stay Calm & Collected: If you already are not a cool minded person, dont you envy those people who remain calm and collected even in the most provocative of the situations? Try accepting the realities of your life as they are and learn the fact that simply freaking out over something would not help making any difference at all. Learn to analyze different problems and try to work out logical solutions to solve them. Not only will this earn you the respect of others, but will also add a ton to your confidence level.
